My first car was a '65 Futura 2dr hardtop (no post). That was almost 40 years ago, and I haved never loved a car like I loved that on since. It was a 289 V8 which was pretty quick stock and I built it into the best street rod that a poor teenager could afford. My girlfriend at the time wrecked it and I ended up selling it to a body man. When I saw it after he fixed it, I could have cried. I still dream about getting another one.

30 years ago my very first car was a 62 2dr wagon. Ever since I get a little pitter patter in my old heart when I see a Falcon. I hope someday to find another to customize with my sons. If you have a line on one (the cheaper the better) feel free to email me @ whigfarmer@yahoo.com. Thanks for the memories!

I hear ya on the money. I am currently unemployed and hoping to "pass" an interview soon! I had a Flacon. A 1961 2 door. I sold it to get a truck that I in turn sold. I can't seem to find a car to hold on to, one that I really like. I'd choose the Rambler over the Falcon too. The Falcon was a cool looking rdie but it ended there for me. I just didn't like it. It seemed difficult to work on due to access issues. I really hated the fusebox. If I had known how to rewire it I would have moved it. Now all I have is a minivan and my wifes PT. I want a third toy, maybe someday.
