Top is primered for now, whole car is going to have new two tone paint.

Wanted something different.. This car was love at first sight.

My dog and my ride. My two best friends.

1960 Mercury Comet STW as it came from California january 2011.

Interior was a mess.

Little bit welding too..

Original 13x4" steelies are now 13x6,5"

Little restauration to steering wheel and dash. Everything works now.

Original 144cid six banger, 2-spd merc-o-matic. Runs very smooth. Heater motor is from '99 vw Polo (cooler fan). Its same two speed motor!

Registration day, as it leaves garage first time in summer 2011

End of summer, Pick-Nick 2011. Big plans ahead.

Rear was already lowered with 2" blocks... Air suspension is the next level.

Had to add little custom touch to old kids tricycle.

No crew members

1960Comet	11-26-2011 2:40 AM Thanks! The question is; How often do you see Comet or Falcon here in Finland.. :) Here is one 1960 4dr wagon (mine) and one 1961 2dr wagon. Lots of 60's fullsize GM and Ford wagons. I also had all original #matching 1967 Chrysler Town&Country 10 years ago. I think that grille would fit great on any car :))
