All steel, very nice. Great car when done. Mine is a 35 with 36 front sheetmetal. Hard to find body parts. Fenders and running boards are fiberglass. Tom.

Tx ... Pikesan ... Here in SA its not easy to build a rod at all as we do not have that many people that specialize building custom cars and when you find them they do ask you a arm and a leg to make your ride come to life ... Thus majority of the people opt to import they goods from the US and the UK ... Myself well have been working on and off for about two years on this project and recently pulled it all appart and busy taking it all back to bare metal by hand since Media blasting over here dont really care about old cars ... so you tend to get the car back in worse shape than you sent it in ... We have a website that you can have a look at some of the cars that the people build here ... www.sahotrods.com/forum/index.php

Welcome to MyRideisMe.com! What's it like getting parts down there? I'd love to have a story for our blog about building hot rods in South Africa!
