Drivetrain:
the engine is a Maserati dual overhead cam V8 with 4 2bbl webers and a mopar 904 automatic transmission. it has 405 hp tachs 7100 rpms and top speed of 177 in the stock coupe

Chassis:
for a frame I will start with a model A use a Jag rearend with 273 gears for the front I will use the must II  

Wheels & Tires:
we'll see maybe just some steel painted wheels

Body:
the body will not be channeled because the doors are only 35" tall it will be on top of the rails I will spread the frame to fit the edge of the body.I have a wood truck bed made from a kit sold by Montgomery Wards mail order catalog in the 30s and 40s the trunk lid was removed and the bed was mounted in the trunk. they did this so the car could be considered a truck, then they could buy gas during gas rationing,      

Interior:
the inside will be hand built and the seats will be sunk down between the frame rails about 4" to 6" to give the inside more headroom and it should give the car more of a sportscar feel I would like to use a paddle shifter if I can find one for a mopar trans if not maybe switch to a 700r
