I just don't know.
Ink & Iron was great - alot of beautiful machines. I got swayed for a little bit while drooling over the Plymouth Fury w/ the modern hemi to go old look, new under the hood with my baby. But, when I got home, that idea pretty much went away. It seems to me that it would be a shame to destroy a 100% complete old ride, I really should work what I got. So...How to get more performance out of the straight 8 is my mission. The research is under way. If anybody has suggestions or comments, please feel free to leave them here.
I've always wanted
I've always wanted huge polished bumpers, satin black paint, lowered, growling, flame throwing bad ass ride. But... when I came across this car, I couldn't pass it up. Yea it's completely stock and far from bad ass. For now I'll leave the mechanical stuff as is. The interior is shot, so that might be my first project. (seats & headliner) If anyone knows of a good interior shop in the Los Angeles area, please let me know. My husband (a metal fabricator & artsy carpenter) is working on door panels. |
