- This car I started 23 years ago. I bought parts for 17 years and it took 1 year to build it. I built the car myself with some help from my friends. The motor is a 307 .30 over, 350 turbo trans, leather interior, 1976 Jag rear end, the bed cover is african mahogany inlaid with 8 different woods made by me 2 years after I finished the car.
