Blown and fuel injected the nasty little 5-liter pumps out 625 HP through a 6 speed.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"highslide\" onclick=\"return vz.expand(this)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.myrideisme.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/SEMA-show-2012-1932-ford-hot-rod-3.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[21056]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-21057\" style=\"margin: 4px; border: 2px solid black;\" title=\"SO-CAL's 1932 Ford Hot Rod Roadster - Ford Coyote Powered\" alt=\"1932 hot rod, 1932 Ford, Hot Rod car show pictures, ford coyote engine, sema show\" src=\"http:\/\/www.myrideisme.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/SEMA-show-2012-1932-ford-hot-rod-3.jpg\" width=\"575\" height=\"382\" border=\"2\" hspace=\"4\" vspace=\"4\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The 1932 Ford Roadster blends iconic hot rod with technology.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The knockoff Halibrands riding on a SO-CAL &#8220;New Traditionalist&#8221; chassis lends that, &#8220;don&#8217;t mess&#8221; attitude backed up by the &#8220;one giant scallop&#8221; salt flat inspired paint job. Alternative Automotive Technologies in Troy, MI handled the paint and final assembly with build partners,\u00a0Detroit Street Rods looking on. Champions Moto,\u00a0a custom motorcycle company and fashion label also from Socal, rounded out the team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The technology comes from, of course that nasty Coyote under the hood, but also air conditioning for the hot and heated seats for when it&#8217;s not.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The combination was good enough to win the\u00a0Outstanding Achievement and Design Award from Ford Motor Company&#8217;s press conference. (Well it wasn&#8217;t going to be a Chevy pickup!) Let&#8217;s ride!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Parked in nearly the same spot at the 2010 SEMA Show,\u00a0Troy Ladd from\u00a0<a title=\"Hot Rods by Troy Ladd\" href=\"http:\/\/hollywoodhotrods.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hollywood Hot Rods<\/a>\u00a0showed his best Coyote work.
