I spent the next 20 minutes trying to get a picture that showed it&#8217;s true nastiness. What&#8217;s left of the paint on Marlon&#8217;s hot rod looks perfect to me. I wouldn&#8217;t change it and I doubt he plans to.<\/p>\n<p>The uneducated might call this a &#8220;Rat Rod&#8221;. Kindly, it is not. It&#8217;s as far from a rat rod as it could be. This is a vintage hot rod and to avoid yourself some\u00a0embarrassment, don&#8217;t call it a rat.<br \/>\n<a class=\"highslide\" onclick=\"return vz.expand(this)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.myrideisme.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/1933-ford-roadster-hot-rod-2.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[22480]\"><img class=\" wp-image-19005 alignnone\" style=\"margin: 4px; border: 2px solid black;\" title=\"#2 1933 Ford Roadster at 2013 GNRS Suede Palace\" src=\"http:\/\/www.myrideisme.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/1933-ford-roadster-hot-rod-2.jpg\" alt=\"1933 Ford Roadster, hot rod, hot rod roadster\" width=\"575\" border=\"2\" hspace=\"4\" vspace=\"4\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nFront and Center at the 2013 GNRS<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s hard to shoot any really good shots inside the palace&#8230; light&#8217;s tough, tons of people and on top of it all, it was overcast and rainy.
