I caught a (insert nifty surfing metaphor here) wave when I found David Perry&#8217;s website, <a title=\"Hot rod and pinup photographer\" href=\"http:\/\/davidperrystudio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">DavidPerryStudio.com<\/a>. I contact David when I saw this picture:<\/p>\n<p>I recognized the the lovely <a title=\"Beautiful Pinup Model\" href=\"http:\/\/www.heidivanhorne.com\" target=\"_blank\">Heidi Van Horne<\/a> and I recognized that&#8217;s the cover from a book for sale in the <a title=\"MyRideisMe.com Amazon Book\/DVD store\" href=\"http:\/\/astore.amazon.com\/myriisme-20\/detail\/0760331715\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"broken_link\">MyRideisMe.com Amazon store<\/a>. The book is: <a title=\"Hot Rod Pinups in Store, $25\" href=\"http:\/\/astore.amazon.com\/myriisme-20\/detail\/0760321094\/104-0449827-3217511\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"broken_link\">Hot Rod Pinups<\/a> by, none other than, David Perry. Here&#8217;s the description of that book:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>For as long as young men have been channeling, chopping, and hopping up rods and customs, women &#8211; whether loyal girlfriends or trouble-seeking &#8220;bad girls&#8221; &#8211; have been integral to their scene. Here&#8217;s a bunch of pics, you decide!<\/p>\n<p>One thing&#8217;s for sure, David&#8217;s got a winner here. Several of my favorite shots are taken directly into the sun.
