I actually have downloaded all the "Burt Builds a Bandit" series onto my laptop! Those 327s are no joke definitely a great platform and I definitely plan on fixing her "issues." First thing is the 403 to go out and a non-smog Ram Air IV to go in! Combining that with a stroker kit and a better induction system and ported heads, she should do just fine.
I'm not looking for anything too extreme, just enough to scare me and my friends and still be reliable

Cool! You seen the Bandit Ban1 cars? Yup, gonna need engine upgrades! Haha! I remember my Dad racing a 77 T/A 455 with his 66 Caprice and a 327...the guy was hitting his dash because he couldn't pull away from my Dad!
