Chevrolet Blazer "Big Thunder"

Drivetrain:
It originally came with a 400ci Chevy and a Turbo Hydro-matic 400 I believe... behind that its got a full time NP203 transfer case. as far as axles goes it comes with a Dana 44 up front at 3.73:1, with Warn Locking hubs, and in the rear there is a 3.07:1 in the back. Now unfortunately the original motor crapped out on the 600 mile drive i took it on back to the house. A couple of the valves managed to free themselves, and somehow the 2 valve guides found their way inro the oil pan... don't ask me how but i swear they were in there. so while thats waiting for donations, i put a 350 i had sitting around the garage from my old chevelle in. it runs great, but unfortunately i ended up having to go in for back surgery, and now im stuck in recovery for six months... but i know exactly what im doing when i get cleared
Chassis:
The previous owner installed the dual shock setup in the front, other than that its leaf springs all around
Wheels & Tires:
Just some fun steel wheels in 35's for now
Body:
stock paint thats just begging to be sprayed
Interior:
stock interior, brown and tan.... so much fun i know

I bought this 1976 Chevrolet Blazer Chalet with the insurance money i recieved a few years back, when a drunk uninsured unlicensed motorist ran a red light as i was getting pulled over making a left hand turn.... actually a pretty funny story... anyways i guess they only made about 1800 Blazer chalets... they were drop shipped from the dealerships straight to Chinook Mobilodge in Washington. Its complete with sleeping for four, fridge, stove, cabinets, sit down table, and best of all four wheel drive. Its a pretty cool truck.
