Body:

The flyin 7 was originaly the orange and white #155 built by Wally Henderson in the early 70's.Wally stated "we built her in 2 days"![the pipe came from a neighbors chikin barn]Wally also stated he rolled her the first time out and hit the wall the next!       wally built a new car and sold the 'bent' #155 to John Vachon.i was told that John raced it as #122 and did quite well at Unity Raceway.  John eventualy sold her to Eugene????,he painted her red white and blue #34.he raced her one season.

skip ahead 30 years,i hear from a co-worker about this 'old stockcar' in the woods that he's gonna buy.weeks turn into months and he hasen't bought it so i go on the hunt. found #34 frozen into the ground in Febuary '96,winched her out and brought her home after a exchange of some dead presidents. i brought her home and there she sat awaiting to become  the "new'#99.

this spring a bunch of "wickedgood" friends helped me bring her back to life.when i was getting ready for paint and #s ,a guy comes in the shop and says"my dad Phil Seekins raced a 57,you need any parts"? he gave me a real nice hood but best of all PICTURES of the FLYIN 7.

so here we are with a tribute recer re-born to do what she was built for all those many years ago.   without the help from all the "WICKEDGOOD"friends ole # 155 or whatever we call her,she would never look good or go FAST again.

Thank you guys for all the insperation and work you gave to get her back where she belongs, The short tracks of Maine!

      THANKS AGAIN,    Mark R. Collins
