Apply glue to the body
Shake the glue can to ensure it is uniformly mixed and fill your el-cheapo paint gun.
Being careful to not spray glue on everything, spray a single, even coat of the glue in the area where you will install the insulation. This stuff is strong so be careful where it sprays. Wear a paint respirator and rubber gloves!

You can also use a throw-away paint brush to apply the glue in hard to spray areas.
Apply glue to the insulation
Lay your piece of insulation on cardboard or plywood and spray the back of it with glue. I used a Sharpie to mark the backside that would get glued to avoid spraying the wrong side. Allow the glue to dry to the touch before installing. This should take 5-10 minutes. Remember this is a CONTACT adhesive, meaning it bonds when it contacts itself. You can install the insulation with the glue slightly wet to give you a chance to shift it around, but I've found it adheres better when fully dry.

Adhere insulation to body
Working slowly, push the insulation down onto the body. If you need to, get a helper to hold the insulation up while you press it into place. Once it touches it's not coming back up. Use the razor blade for relief cuts and work the insulation into place. You can cut small patches later if a gap opened up from a relief cut.

Add tape to seams
Use the provided scrim reinforced aluminum tape on all of the seams to finish it off.
