"Fifty Sixx"     1956 Chevrolet Apache

Introduction / Overview:

1956 Chevy 3100 Pickup Step-side Panoramic back glass.

Drivetrain:

383 Chevy show polished TPI & 700R4.  Currie posi.  Edelbrock intake.  Vintage Air front runner pulling AC & PS w/ plenty of psi to run the HydroBoost brakes.  70's Chevy tilt steering column.

Chassis: Smoothed & boxed at the tender spots. All holes filled.  Sprayed gloss black. Modified with a Heidts IFS & 4 link & a 3:70 posi rear end. Wilwood 11" rotors. Hydroboost brake system hidden behind the dash.  Stainless fuel & brake lines. Looking into a EStopp e-brake to eliminate the e-brake handle.  Plate steel firewall all nice & smooth.  3" exhaust running thru Flowmasters.  Custom exhaust tips through the bottom of the steps in front of the back wheels.  Nice touch Tony.
Wheels and Tires: 20" Foose Nitrous II (polished) on Nitto Invo tires.  Still reserved my old set of 17" Foose Nitrous II's on those sweet Gforces.  The 20's changed the look of the fender wells & the stance of the truck.  Thx to Tony Arme for the good advice.
Body & Paint:

Stock w/ special mods being fabricated at HRBD.  Paint is a few weeks away.  All badging removed and holes filled. Smooth tailgate with inside latch.  Custom dash with hidden AC. New oak bedwood with hidden gas filler. Custom gas tank in the rails. Metal issues & custom fab work were handled by Jonathan Williams @ HRBD. Billet hood hinges to solve the wiggly lid.  Nice work on the seams J...

Color chosen::: House of Kolor TruBlu Pearl

Interioir:

NEXT!!! Bench seat for that stock look with a built-in arm rest.  Hidden stuff behind & under the seat.
