"The Kids College Fund" 1965 Ford Mustang
Introduction / Overview:
I used my son's college education fund to purchase the car 15 years ago, and now that he's enrolled at UCSC i'm paying it back, ouch.
Drivetrain:
289 stock with a c-4 transmission.
Chassis:
Same as when it was built 40+ years ago. I don't believe Ford still expected them on-the-road.
Wheels and Tires:
Coker Red Line radials on powder coated stock steel rims with origanal hub-caps.
Body & Paint:
Origanal gold color (a little darker) not by choice, just turned out that way.
Interioir: Black interior done by yours truly, so don't look to close.
