"PURE EVIL" 1968 AMC Roque
Introduction / Overview:
1968 RAMBLER ROGUE ...."PURE EVIL"
was a factory 290 4 speed car now going to be a 360 . ive been after this car since i was fourteen from a old family friend. i bought it in the spring of 2012. the want and hole in my heart is finally full
Drivetrain: stock 360 with cam. i have original 290. i will be building a 370 like the one car craft did next winter keeping her stock for the first year. borg warner t-10 castiron case 4 speed and a dayna 20 sure grip with 354 ratio drum brakes rear and disc at front
Chassis: changing everything , from factory leafs and trunion front end to and mustang II and ladder bar set up with full coil overs
Wheels and Tires: looking at torque thrusts or look a likes with bfg's. also doing a set of stock steelies for sleeper nights
Body & Paint: thinking about going with a black metal flake pearl with red interior and gold flake writing on the doors
Interioir: stock interior colors red and black
